Post-Construction Cleaning includes everything in our Top-to-Bottom Cleaning. We clean every item on our general cleaning list by hand, from ceiling fans and light fixtures down to baseboards and floors, and we take extra care to remove the dust and build-up that a project leaves behind.

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items are dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will do our best to reach every visible place by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan we cannot reach by hand.
