Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Chosen Bright Cleaning is a fully licensed and insured cleaning company, and has been since 2017.
How do I get a price?
Estimates are free. Request a quote on our website or call or text (564) 241-7283. We'll ask a few questions about the size and condition of your place and give you an honest price.
Should I provide my own vacuum?
We recommend it. Using your own vacuum keeps dirt, allergens and pet hair from other homes out of yours, and it's already suited to your floors and rugs. The trade-off is that results depend on your vacuum, so please make sure it's in good working order with an empty bag or canister. If you don't have one or would rather we use ours, that's no problem — we'll bring a well-maintained vacuum.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all of our own supplies, including green, non-toxic cleaning products. The one thing we recommend you provide is your vacuum — see below for why. If you'd prefer we use a specific product, just let us know when you book.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% off for seniors and veterans. Just mention it when you request your quote or book your cleaning.
How do I pay?
We accept CashApp, Zelle, cash and check.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
That's entirely up to you. Many of our recurring customers give us access and go about their day. Whatever you're comfortable with works for us.
What cleaning products do you use?
We clean with green, non-toxic products that are safe for your family, your pets and your home. If you have allergies, sensitivities or a product you prefer, let us know and we'll add it to your personalized cleaning plan.
Do you offer carpet cleaning?
Yes. We offer carpet cleaning — just mention it when you request your quote and we'll include it in your cleaning plan.
Do you offer post-construction cleaning?
Yes. Our Post-Construction Cleaning includes everything in our Top-to-Bottom Cleaning, with extra care to remove the dust and build-up left behind after a remodel, renovation or new build.
Do you offer window cleaning?
Yes. We offer window cleaning — just mention it when you request your quote and we'll include it in your cleaning plan.
